After your session

A lot of times people will ask, "How do I prolong the benefits of my session after I leave?"

Here are some things that you can try, to get the best from your massage and bodywork.

*Soak in an Epsom salt bath or a hot shower is always beneficial. Ice or heat packs are also useful.

*Make stretching, muscle strengthening  and movement a part of your daily routine. It'll become habit forming!

*Avoid sitting for long periods of time or looking down at your phone.

*Stay hydrated and avoid foods that cause inflammation. Dehydration and inflammation can make chronic pain worse.

*Listen to your body. Be aware and notice when your habits, posture and lack of movement may be triggering your pain.
