Policies

Please note the following policies before making an appointment:

In an effort to ensure that you receive the very best treatment, Clients are asked to please arrive 10 minutes early to
fill out any appropriate paperwork, discuss the areas that might require focus, and ensure that you can change so we can start the session on time.

Cancellation Policy

While it's understood unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we have the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. You are welcome to send another person in your place with no penalty.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a no-show and will be charged for their missed appointment.

Confidentiality
All medical information collected from clients, including health history forms and SOAP notes, whether digital or print, are kept private and will not be shared without the written consent of the client, unless directed by court order. If necessary, with your written permission, I may discuss your case with your doctor.

Professionalism
I provide non-sexual, therapeutic massage. Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage. Any sexualized behavior will result in termination of the session and a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service.

My mission as your massage therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing.

Child care accommodations are not available during sessions. They can not be left unattended during your session time, please do not bring children to your sessions.

Service will be declined to any client who comes to a session under the influence of any substances for which massage is contraindicated, at full amount of the service scheduled.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment via cash or credit.
